For healthy weight gain, include dat and protein rich foods in baby's diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, rice water and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
