A. dear mum, your child seems to be 1 year old now and you would have started to give top food after 6 months. Now you can give all family foods the way you prepare at home.

A. Breakfast: Soft idli, oats porridge, suji upma, mashed banana, scrambled egg (if introduced), daliya. Lunch: Soft rice with dal, khichdi, curd rice, mashed vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato), paneer. Snack: Seasonal fruits (banana, papaya, mango, pear), yogurt, boiled sweet potato, homemade vegetable soup. Dinner: Soft chapati soaked in dal, vegetable khichdi, moong dal chilla, soft pasta with vegetables.
