Lunch: Soft rice with dal, khichdi, curd rice, mashed vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato), paneer.
Snack: Seasonal fruits (banana, papaya, mango, pear), yogurt, boiled sweet potato, homemade vegetable soup.
Dinner: Soft chapati soaked in dal, vegetable khichdi, moong dal chilla, soft pasta with vegetables.
