#asktheexperts What can be the balanced diet for a boy of 2 years 9 months. He had suffered viral fever recently. Before viral fever his total weight was 14 kgs and now it has come down to 13 kgs. How can we make him recover the best way??

Mami there is no specific diet that you have to give you should give the same Dad that you were giving previously to the child just that make sure to include good amount of proteins in the diet and also make sure to add plenty of liquids into the diet of your child that is going to be very important
