Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
you can start giving finger foods in between meals. avoid foods that can choke like grapes, nuts and raw carrot pieces. give pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) , besan chila, upma, stuffed paratha pieces, peanut butter bread.

Go ahead with giving each and every thing to the child whatever you traditionally cooking at home from the age of seven months itself that is the right kind of food to be given to the child as well century important that you focus on break that only to the child right now apart from that you could just go ahead with giving yellow egg to the child
