#asktheexperts What are some of the food sources that i must include in my child’s daily diet plan.? He’s 1 year 9 months old and weighs around 12.5 kgs for now.

A. give all the foods that are prepared in the house the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. Proteins are very important dry fruits are equally important and any other kind of nuts that you would want to give these are something which is very important to be given every day healthy fats like Desi and butter of apart from that whatever diet you are giving is just good enough for the child
