Namaste Father, Baby can now be given almost nearing to family foods, here you can give them now soft consistency foods such as panner, ghee , milk in cooked form, rice, roti , dal, porridge made with ragi , suji, upma, home made cerelac mix, egg yolk, soaked dry fruits , dalia, sago etc
