A. Weight gain indian foods include Potatoes, Oats, Ragi, Millets, makhanas, sweet potatoes, almonds, walnuts and dry fruit shakes. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables in their diet. Give 3 meals a day and multiple healthy snacks in between.
