A. dear parent, for 3 years old child's weight gain, the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts dry fruits and nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. hi some food items like boiled potato , sweet potato , rice , fruits i.e. apple , banana, papaya,dates etc are best include dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet prepare milk shake or lassi
