Q.

#asktheexperts we have recently introduced solid foods to our 6 months old baby girl. She is now having trouble passing stools and having hard stools in bits.. is this normal or shall it be attended with some medication?

A. It’s very important that whenever you start giving food to the child make sure that you include good amount of fibre also into the diet and liquid into the diet of your child which is very very important that is what is going to be helpful in proper digestion and pooping for the child
