#asktheexperts vansh is 3+ years now but still he has not got last teeth both upper and lower side is there any thing to worry will he get teeth there ?

A. Hi usually kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. don't be tensed if there's any missing teeth till now..wait for some more time
