Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection sitez.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3z days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Calpol u can give as of now five drops one time and you can repeat it again after six hours if it is required it’s the best medicine to be given to an infant to toddler for fever issues in general also so you can use this one
