ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 hours agoA. Unless there is a proven deficiency, giving multivitamin, medication’s is not going to improve the immunity. So don’t give it without any doctors prescription unnecessarily. As far as the immunity is concerned, you have to find out if there is any other health issues which is causing frequent infections.
