A. Hey! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meet. Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste. Different foods and flavours. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, fruits, and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be given regularly.
