A. After normal delivery there should be a gap of minimum one year before you conceive for the 2nd pregnancy and after c-section there should be a minimum gap of 1.5 to 2 years so that there are less risk factors in your 2nd pregnancy

A. If it is a normal delivery then approximately two years minimum that you should maintain and if it C-section about two years to 3 years because the body with a mother who has a C-section takes a lot of time to heal completely for them it’s very important to maintain a good time
