#asktheexperts Today my baby completed 6 month can I give him water and I want to know how much water is to be give to a 6 month old. My in laws pursuing me to give my bub cow milk from today onward is that OK?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no vow milk before 1 year, giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.)
