Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin cocxonut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. x do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

This is looking like some kind of a major allergy that has broken out so if without proper check up I cannot tell you what could possibly be the reason so it is is going to be definitely very good for you to go ahead with a check up with your doctor ones
