#asktheexperts they say sugar can be introduced to baby after 1 year but my parents scold me if I give sugar to my 2 year old. Is sugar really bad for my toddler?

Yes, u can introduce sugar once the baby completes one year. There is no problem in that. Now the babies can digest everything as the adults can once the baby completes one year. So u can give without any doubt. Take care
