AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mama white spots on the face is due to dryness. Apply moisturiser or cream properly after bath. This will help to moisturise the skin ,removing the white patches .. And increase the water intake to give relief from dryness
