Without getting an ultra Ultrasound you cannot figure out anything so if you have completed 15 weeks of pregnancy and your next is due after one week then go for it you’ll get to know the growth of the child is going and there is no such symptom that we can tell you as of now it’s a really early pregnancy other than if you have start to have bleeding or something
