ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 days agoA. Namaste Mom, You can introduce animal milk and most probably cows milk is ideal as it is very much like mother milk , avoid formula milk after the age of 1.

Aptmil gold you can give when you can also be animal milk or full cream packet milk over the age of one year so whatever you are comfortable with giving to the child you can definitely go ahead with that and add about 10% to 20% of water for the child to digested easily
