if yes then I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this.

for sore nipples ,you can apply freshly expressed breastmilk or nipcare cream on it.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your self well hydrated.
you may use Babyhug nipple shield for time being.
