Q.

#asktheexperts Sometimes milk get full in breast and due to which nipples get tight and because of which, baby can't be able to drink milk. What to do? Please advise. Thanks

A. my baby is a month old why do the nipples start paining if she latches more than 20 minutes

A. Hello dear parent, in this case ypu can do hot fomentation on your breast. Put hot wet towel in your breast and massage well as this will help in meltung down the frozen milk. And you can feed the baby. This will help and your breast muscles Wil relax. Good luck and take care
