You can give soft and mashed foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice, vegetable purée.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

Start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, ragi, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani in small quantities. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding.
