#AsktheExperts Sir My four month old girl baby is having red rash like thing on her scalp near the back neck region. She is scratching it because it's itchy. What is this condition sir what to do.please reply

A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti ijhtch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. Hello mom This can be because of change in weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You can apply calamine lotion it will help to cure it but still you baby doesn’t get relieved and consult with your doctor about it
