Q.

#asktheexperts sir my baby is 6 months old. He takes 2 ounces aptamil three times a day. Rest he takes 2 times breadt feed . One time solid meal and one time fruit puree. Does this enough for the baby? He drinks less formula milk . I am wortied. How do i come to whether he is full or not ?

A. hi, if she is not fussy n growing well than it's ok. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya . Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods

A. He is cranky also. I also wanted to know whether 6 month baby eats full bowl of puree ? As my baby eats only half a bowl of solid purees and sometimes if dish is not liked by him , he ate only 1/4 bowl of puree

A. Increase the solid where two times in a day this is going to cover up this is going to be a much better choice because gradually within 21 to 30 days of time you should be practically shifting to 3 meals Podi which is going to be more appropriate
