Namaste Mom Initially would recommend that you start with liquid consistency foods and gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods including foods such as steamed vegetable & soups fresh fruits ragi suji porridge home made cerelac mix also kichidi dal and rice start one thing at a time in small quantities and gradually increase the quantity variety and number of meals and alter with your feed
