A. hello mum choosing among different milk alternative for babies or toddlers should be governed by the very reasons why you are opting for one it is best to go with the choice that is as close as possible to Cow's milk the best option would be Consulting a nutrition or doctor for the same and making the right choice for your child they are coconut milk soy milk rice milk that you can opt for and for vaccination also there is a long list for which you need to go to any private or government hospitals and you will be provided with a vaccination chart according to the age of your baby

Q. hello, Daniyal lives in qatar but due to some unfortunate circumstances I (his grandmother)will bring along with me to India. allall this while he was on breast milk but now we introduced him with formula milk similac gold(2'FL prebiotic) but this milk is not available in India. so what would be the next best substitute in similac for the baby. the baby is 7.5 kg and an active baby. please suggest the next best substitute formula milk
