Ma’am See if you eat nonveg try to introduce a chicken and fish to your child on an every day basis because that is going to be really good hi rich protein diet for your child so go for that and maintain proper hygiene sanitisation since you are a frontline worker you should always come home and take a proper shower and then only you should touch your child put your clients close immediately for wash in warm water just maintain proper hygiene cleanliness and all the
