Hello mam It seems the child has some stomach infection or indigestion please consult a doc immediately Also u keep the child hydrated by giving small sips of water frequently or giving ors or coconut water Once the child settles down u can give banana or rice, apple, toast, khichdi, upma to the child Give small and frequent meals Also include curd But 1st consult a doc asap
