Reduce the milk intake to maximum of 500 ML per day so that the rest of the nutrition will come from the healthy solids that your child will take. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, fruits, and dairy in the daily diet. Keep changing the menu as per the season.
