#asktheexperts she is not growing properly as per wHO guidelines she is 5 yr 2 month old height 104 cm weight 12 kg and she is very thin khana acche se khati hai still she is like this what should I do

A. dear parent, you should give protein sources such as eggs, pulses, non veg, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts. if weight of your child still does not increase then consult doctor to check for nutritional deficiencies.
