Massage gently with Desi ki warm ghee if you can manage to followed by warm compress that will help actually if you look at it it has made a small mouth that means his little bit of infection inside of it which can be commonly seen with a stingy mosquito so the remedy I’m suggesting you right now try that hopefully they should help in getting rid of it
