Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
