Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough andf cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicinesf at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Sinarist AF drops can be given to the child that is specifically for newborn kids to 6 months to 1 year of age you can give five drops three times in a day and cover your child well and properly with regular woollen clothes required
