#asktheexperts Ruchi's skin is very sensitive and dry. Her lips are dry and chapped. it did started bleeding too. She denies to drinking water much she is 8 months old. Ruchi is born is US. She came for family visit for few months. Do I need to follow Vaccination schedule in india as it is different for both countries.
