Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no imsprovement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean thze area with soap and water
