Sometimes exclusive breastfeeding is not enough for the child and they do not gain sufficient amount of weight as expected which is why I’m going to advise you to check how much is your child gain every month which should be 500 g in a month if that is not happening then in that case you should actually get examined with the doctor and start giving formula to the child
