Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl3 days agoA. By the age of six also the speech of the child is not clear then you can confirm with the doctor if you need to go for speech therapy which will actually help a lot and clearing the speech pronunciation and clarity of speech in terms of alphabets also
