A. For a 60-day-old baby, passing stool 6 times a day can be normal, especially if the baby is breastfed. Breastfed babies often pass stool after every feed or multiple times a day because breast milk is easily digested. The stool is usually yellow, seedy, and loose. However, if your baby is: Having watery stools Passing green, foul-smelling, or mucus-filled stool Losing weight or not gaining properly Showing signs of discomfort, gas, or vomiting Then it may indicate digestive issues or intolerance, and you should consult your pediatrician. So, if your baby is active, feeding well, and gaining weight, 6 stools a day can be perfectly normal. If not, it's best to get him checked.
