Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where thfe the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some tinfection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Atogla Cream you can apply it seems like your child is suffering with heat rashes it is very important for you to I just start applying the screen that I am suggesting what you get a check with your doctor but start applying this one I see if you get better result
