There is no such food that is going to help in increasing the height of the child it’s just going to be overall balanced nutritious Dad that is what you need to work upon and that is what is going to help in overall weight gain and growth so whatever is being made all kind of food millets grains fruits vegetables and proteins are only going to be helpful
