#asktheexperts pls tell milk increasing tablet . am currently using lactare and galact powder am hvng low milk supply esp in one side which turns to use formula feeding for my son he started fully vomitting formula feed sometimes .

Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding to stimulate milk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Reduce your stress levels. Consult a lactation expert for further advice.
