A. Hello good evening !! Generally babies triple their birth weight by one year. The ideal weight should be 7.5 -11.5 kg. Feed three meals and two snacks, include milk and diary products,dal(lentils),rice,roti (dal/sabji/curd),idly,ragi,dosa,sooji, Dalia, oats, Beans, fruits and vegetables,egg,meat for weight gain.
