Mam if you’re not sure about it then check with your doctor they may need to do an ultrasound or a checkup to figure out whether the child has had it or not and since it is not digestible it is also possible that it comes out in the motion of the child within 24 to 48 hours but if you’re not certain about anything is it talk to your Doc
