#asktheexperts pls some advice for women supplements which i take

A. Hello good evening !! During pregnancy and post delivery ladies need more calcium and iron supplements . If you are a lactating mom then include lactating foods in diet. Have Balanced diet Milk and diary products,dry fruits and nuts, seseme,pea nuts, fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables. Consult your Gynaecologist and ask about supplements necessity according to your health.
