Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products . Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
