Namaste Mom, You may give now all family foods to them would be good, varied food groups can be given , so ghee, milkshakes made with fruits , also panner can be given, dry fruits , nuts and seeds as well, you can also give stuff paranthas , dals , legumes such as kidney beans , chana etc rice roti , millets
