A. dear go slow and steady Avoid consuming traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods like panjiri ladoo eat mindfully avoid high calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast good water intake exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months helps begin to exercise after consulting with doctor
