You Can include all kind of fruits and vegetables that you want to intrude into your child’s daily diet there is no restriction on that and yes if your child has even about 5 to 7 teaspoons to begin with then that’s good thing also and all the necessary spices like salt and other things whatever is required to the food and start giving it at least one time in a day and then three times
