A. Hi mom To maintain wait do exercise like yoga,cycling jogging walk. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. U can have warm lemon honey water empty stomach in the morning daily to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
